By creating an account or using Teclazo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Teclazo provides keyword research data for Mercado Libre sellers. Data is derived from publicly available Mercado Libre autocomplete signals. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the data.
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share accounts across multiple users. Each user requires their own account.
Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no refund for the remaining period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

The Service, its design, and its software are owned by Teclazo. Data displayed in the Service is derived from public sources. CSV exports and API responses are licensed to you for your own business use only.
We target 99% uptime but make no SLA guarantees for Free or Pro plans. Enterprise plans include a separate SLA. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teclazo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
